The Role Were looking for the next, biggest Performance Marketing to own client relationships and lead campaign execution from creative strategy to execution and reporting. Youll work directly with clients, managing day-to-day communication, overseeing reporting, setting campaign strategies, coming up with new creative ideas and running conversion-focused ads across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok. This is a hands-on role, meaning you will be in the ad accounts daily while also ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our work. It is an in-office role (4 days per week) in our Surry Hills office. What Youll Do Manage a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for the agency. Plan, launch, test, measure and optimise conversion-focused campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant platforms. Develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare clear, actionable reports. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce engaging, high-performing ads. Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep clients ahead of the curve. Work with leaders and project managers from other departments for the benefit and growth of your clients. What Were Looking For 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on campaign management across major paid media platforms. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and attribution. Previous experience in a client-facing role, confident in presenting results, managing expectations, and building relationships. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Has a Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent. Bonus Points For Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting tools. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or similar. Experience working in an agency environment.
