What Youll Be Doing Own the marketing function end-to-end: brand, digital, content, campaigns, PR, eventsif it touches marketing, it touches you. Lead and inspire a growing team of marketers, creatives, and specialists. Roll up your sleeves and execute with precision. We want someone whos just as comfortable in the strategy room as they are in the trenches. Drive lead generation and pipeline growth across our service linesyes, we care about results. Partner closely with our Partners and Executive Team to align marketing with business outcomes. Take a strong, credible brand and make it unmissable. You are a slam dunk for this if you are A strategic thinker with an operators mindsetvision meets velocity. Creative and commercial. You love a good idea, but you also know how to make it drive ROI. Hungryyouve got something to prove, but you dont need to shout about it. Humbleyou lead by example, not ego. A natural leader who lifts others as you rise. Obsessed with quality and getting stuff donefast. What You Bring 8+ years in marketing, professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment. Proven success inspiring teams, and delivering measurable impact individually and through team members. Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools (HubSpot would be a plus), social media channels, and tacticsfrom brand to performance. Proven experience managing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns. Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills (youll be working with senior leaders). A portfolio of campaigns and strategies that moved the needle. Willingness to travel to all our locations where Kelly +Partners have a presence.
