This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to shape complex supplier and procurement arrangements at the heart of the banks transformation and vendor strategy, advising on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and third-party risk. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including services, technology, licensing, and distribution agreements Navigate regulatory obligations such as APRA Prudential Standards (CPS 231, CPS 232, CPS 234, CPS 230), privacy and modern slavery compliance Advise on third-party risk and help shape internal procurement policies and tools Partner with Procurement, Legal, Cyber, Risk and Finance to ensure alignment and risk mitigation across initiatives Support the uplift of contract management processes and procurement systems Skills & Experience: 5+ years PQE with a strong focus on commercial and procurement contracts Experience gained in-house or in private practice, preferably in financial services, technology or other regulated sectors Strong working knowledge of risk allocation, contract governance and vendor compliance frameworks Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels Clear, concise communicator with a pragmatic and collaborative style Greenfields is a specialist In-House Legal , Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Executive Search & Recruitment firm.
