Overview InvoCare is seeking a talented HR Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Rhodes, Sydney. Qualifications Stakeholder Communication: Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric language. Advanced Analytical Thinking: Skilled in analysing complex initiatives and deriving actionable insights. Customer-Centric Approach: Committed to delivering solutions that enhance user experience and business value. Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR platforms, sound Middleware, and APIs. Requirements Engineering: Experienced in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements. Agile Delivery Expertise: Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodologies for iterative and collaborative project execution. System Troubleshooting & Support: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in enterprise HCM platforms. Configuration & Integration: Experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrating with middleware and APIs. Incident Management: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira) and BAU support processes. Data Analysis & Validation: Skilled in validating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data quality.
