Overview Join to apply for the Payroll Officer role at The Travel Corporation Location: Bondi Junction (Hybrid Work Environment) Employment Type: Full-Time At The Travel Corporation (TTC), were looking for a Payroll Officer, this role is central to delivering timely, accurate and compliant payroll processing for our incredible people across Australia and New Zealand. Your Day-to-Day Will Include Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll using Micropay and ConnX Maintaining accurate employee records and onboarding new starters Managing payroll queries via email and phone with professionalism and a customer-first mindset Ensuring compliance with internal controls, Australian taxation, superannuation, and Fair Work legislation Coordinating with the People & Culture team on terminations, leave liabilities, and reporting Supporting audits and handling administrative payroll tasks such as child support deductions and workers compensation reimbursements What Youll Bring At least 2 years experience in Australian payroll, with strong working knowledge of income tax and payroll legislation and an understanding of New Zealand payroll requirements is a big plus Proficiency in Micropay and ConnX is highly desirable Experience interpreting awards or enterprise agreements, especially within hospitality or transport, will set you apart Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel), high attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset Excellent time management, communication skills, and a commitment to customer service Ability to work independently while thriving in a team About Us The Travel Corporation (TTC) is a global travel company with a legacy spanning more than 100 years.
