Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through effective networking, lead generation, and market intelligence. Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets through strategic placements and proactive business development initiatives. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a successful Technology Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on business development in an agency environment. Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-caliber technology professionals while expanding client relationships.
