About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant with The Andersen Partnership, youll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with great clients. Youll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while growing your portfolio and driving business development. Responsibilities Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs Account managing and developing new client relationships Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while growing your client base Build strong, professional relationships with both candidates and clients Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive, resilient outlook May mentor and coach other less experienced recruitment consultants What we are looking for Education Bachelor degree or higher qualification is desirable. Industry experience may substitute. Experience & Skills At least 1 year of industry experience as a recruitment consultant Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals A strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Whats in it for you?
