With a small caseload (max 10, often 5) , youll have the time and space to deliver meaningful, trauma-informed care. What Youll Do Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs Build strong connections with clients and their families Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes What Youll Bring Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings Strong communication and cultural awareness skills Female-identifying candidates highly encouraged to apply Drivers licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check Why Work With Us?
