Recognised as leaders in their field, they offer a wealth of expertise across multiple disciplines.This CFO role presents an exciting opportunity to join a people-focused culture, where the successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact while collaborating with highly skilled and driven colleagues.With a current annual revenue of approximately $100m, our client is poised for continued growth and is seeking a dynamic CFO with a collaborative mindset to play a key role in driving their next phase of success.The RoleReporting to the Managing Partner, as the CFO, you will become an integral part of the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Overall leadership of the finance function, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the business.Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 15 staff to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely output.Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy development and implementation. Provide commercial advice and participate in critical decision-making.Drive results and partner with stakeholders to enhance performance.Oversee the upgrade and implementation of financial systems.Implement best-in-class financial infrastructure to enable efficient future growth.Oversee all compliance and financial control requirements.Identify, manage, and monitor strategic and operational financial risks.Lead the companys financial planning and budgeting processes.Develop and maintain financial metrics for business intelligence reporting.Your BackgroundTo be considered for this CFO role, you should possess:Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).Significant experience in a lead finance role within an employee-owned professional services firm.A track record of mentoring and developing high-performance finance teams.Proven success in driving and achieving strategic goals, with strong commercial acumen and experience providing insights that influence company strategy.Experience leading change management and system implementation projects collaboratively and confidently.Experience evolving the infrastructure of a finance department to support seamless growth.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with an executive presence to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders.If interested, please contactDavid Landauat Richard Lloyd on 02 8324 5641, quoting reference9188 , or click on ''apply now'' below.Please submit your CV in Word format.Due to high response volume, only suitable candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
