Youll help clients with their most pressing challenges by designing growth and competitive strategies, transforming business and operating models, and creating innovation and venture propositions that drive sustained commercial value.Youll deliver innovative solutions and strategic recommendations by conducting comprehensive market research, building analytical models, and presenting insights to support your conclusions. Youll also directly engage with clients through designing and facilitating interviews and workshops.Youll collaborate with experts across Deloitte, such as Deloitte Access Economics, Deloitte Digital, Sustainability & Climate, and Engineering, AI & Data. You will need to:Have between 2-3 years of experience strategy consulting experience or equivalent time in a strategy team within a market leading/global companyHave the curiosity to learn and be proactive in bringing forward ideas. Can research, gather, and analyse information to solve ambiguous problems. Are comfortable with data analytics and can apply to develop data driven insightsBring exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skillsBring a structured problem-solving approach, to help solve diverse and complex problems across a range of industriesBe able to work independently in delivering project activities and client outputs and deliverables, while also working effectively as a part of a project teamSupport with project management, including scoping, designing and planning projects (e.g. pre-kick off and ongoing governance throughout the project lifecycle) to deliver best in class outcomes for clients.Be able to be an effective team player, and embody a strong sense of team and a passion to develop others as well as themselvesPossess highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.Why Deloitte?At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
