Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for complex financial products, from research and concept to production-ready delivery. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiation points. Communicate design decisions and research insights clearly to align and influence cross-functional teams. Mentor junior designers and maintain design consistency across the team. Partner with product managers and data analysts to integrate insights and performance metrics into design decisions. Establish scalable design patterns and maintain thorough documentation. Challenge assumptions constructively, balancing innovation with business requirements and technical constraints.
