With a robust pipeline exceeding $5 billion, this is a key leadership role with impact from planning through to project delivery. Reporting to the senior development team, youll coordinate external consultants and guide design outcomes that align with project timelines, budgets, and innovation goals. Your role will bridge architecture, engineering, and construction teams to ensure quality and buildability from early approvals through to construction completion.
