All bookings for locums are made pending completion of all mandatory compliance requirements. Any mandatory compliance components that are not finalised in time for onboarding to be completed ahead of the first shift at Hawkesbury will lead to the cancellation of any bookings. Thursday 26th February 2026 0830-1700 Surgical - Gastro, O&C, Ortho, ENT $180 per hour - CMO/Registrar/SRMO Doctors who are approved for all areas of the Hospital may need to be re-allocated during their shift due to operational requirements. Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration Surgery General Surgery Resident/JMO Locum
