To be considered for this role you must have: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role Your main duties include: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges, integrating client requirements into actionable design and drafting solutions. Participate in the development of customized design solutions tailored to project requirements. Producing accurate technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to support engineering and design solutions in alignment with project requirements. Assist in creating documentation, calculations, and reports for client and authority approvals. Standardizing component and structural designs, templates, and documentation to improve project turnaround times and consistency. Lead teams in component selection, sizing, and detailing, enhancing project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. Planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering projects, including process improvements and workflow optimization, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs. Developing prototypes and systematic approaches to minimize errors, reduce rework, and optimize material use in engineering projects. Coordinating with operational and site teams to streamline assembly, construction, and implementation workflows. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and quality requirements, contributing to zero-incident performance. Contribute to process improvements in drafting, design verification, and project workflows. To be considered for this position you must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
