We are seeking a Co-Founder & Shareholder to take a leadership role in scaling Pixtd, securing investment, and driving strategic growth. This equity-based opportunity (up to 25% ownership) is ideal for a visionary leader with expertise in marketing, business development, and fundraising to shape Pixtds future.Scope of Work & ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & Brand Positioning Define Pixtds brand identity, audience segmentation, and go-to-market approachGrowth & Customer Acquisition Develop user acquisition & retention strategies to scale the platformCampaign Execution & Digital Engagement Oversee paid advertising, content marketing, influencer outreach, and community-building initiativesRevenue Strategy & Monetization Identify and implement monetization models, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnershipsInvestor Readiness & Fundraising Develop investor pitch decks, storytelling strategies, and lead fundraising effortsPerformance & Business Optimization Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing, product adoption, and business operationsWho Were Looking ForProven experience in startup growth, business strategy, digital marketing, or investment/fundraisingStrong leadership skills with the ability to execute and scale a tech-driven businessExperience in securing funding, investor relations, and business developmentDeep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience engagement strategiesEntrepreneurial mindset proactive, results-driven, and committed to long-term successEquity Structure & CompensationThis is a shareholder role with equity ownership (up to 25%), vested over time.
