CLIFTON SPRINGS GOLF CLUB, VICTORIA GENERAL MANAGER We want to know who you are, not just what you have done in your career ! Clifton Springs Golf Club is a vibrant, community focused golf club and complex, situated on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. With breathtaking views of Corio Bay, the Club features a highly regarded 18 hole golf course, a fully equipped pro shop, a 50 machine gaming room, a modern bistro and kitchen, high number of members, a bar and a popular function space. We are currently in the preliminary stages of our master plan, including course reconstruction, which includes a driving range, new holes and a water storage dam. Additionally, we are looking at clubhouse re-development to expand our gaming footprint, building a sports bar, new function facilities and an administration area. We are seeking a dynamic person to lead our organisation as General Manager, on all fronts, into the future. The role involves operational, management, entrepreneurial and leadership aspects, being highly effective in bringing all stakeholders on our journey to becoming an even better complex. The role will commence mid 2026, with a handover period from our current General Manager. This timing will allow interested people time to relocate if necessary, and/or plan and manage their commencement to hit the ground running. The role is full time. You will report directly to the President who acts on behalf of the Board. Our process for selection is more about fit than judgement, so we are taking a discussion type approach to the steps involved. Remuneration on offer is a salary of $130k to $140k plus superannuation plus bonus. Your background of experience and qualities will also be considered.
