At the centre of big ideas.Contribute to wholeofgovernment attraction initiativesDeliver creative attraction campaigns with real workforce impactTemporary, Clerk Grade 7/8 ($113,574 - $125,720 per annum) opportunity up to 5 February 2026 (with the potential to be extended), based in Martin Place, Sydney About the RoleYou will join our Talent Advisory team within the Workforce Planning branch in the People and Workforce group.As a Brand Advisor, you will design and deliver innovative employer branding and communication strategies that attract quality talent to the NSW Government. Youll create engaging, targeted content across multiple platforms, lead campaigns on social media and take the lead on developing events. Youll also be partnering with agencies to strengthen our NSW Government employer value proposition, talent pipelines and workforce outcomes.Working in a complex and fast-paced environment, you will support government agencies with expert employer brand and talent marketing advice.
