This is a temporary opportunity offering immediate impact, business continuity and the chance to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.In this role, you will:- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director- Manage complex executive diaries, correspondence and records with discretion and sound judgement- Prepare high-quality correspondence, agendas, minutes, briefings and presentations for senior stakeholders- Coordinate meetings, priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Quickly understand existing processes and implement practical improvements to support efficient operations and effective handover- Support informed decision-making through strong organisation, analysis and attention to detailAbout youYou are a proactive and adaptable professional who can confidently step into a temporary role and operate with a high level of autonomy. You thrive in a team environment, learn quickly and are comfortable working in a changing and flexible workplace.You will bring:- Demonstrated experience providing executive and administrative support at a senior level- Understanding of Government policies and procedures- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and professional documentation under pressure- Well-developed organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively- Sound judgement, discretion and a professional approach to handling sensitive information- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomesSalary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $99938 base plus superannuationClick Here to access the Role Description.
