Role We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team servicing clients in Newcastle, Central Coast, and surrounding suburbs, with some regional travel. Reporting to the Fields Sales Manager, this role involves coordinating retail distribution support activities for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Execute business initiatives and merchandising expectations effectively. Establish and grow customer relationships at all levels of business. Coordinate and conduct brand support activities including promotional events and peak trading period support. Identify customer training opportunities and conduct modular training sessions. Skills and Attributes Excellent customer service skills. Valid drivers license. Strong relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the sales team. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Physically fit, with some manual lifting required.
