About Your Role Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Lead People Partner, within our People Division. Reporting to the People Manager - Accommodation, you will be responsible for the provision of business partnering support to operations for a specific region within Accommodation Services. This involves using your knowledge and experience to lead, train and/ or coach the People Partners to support Operations on a broad range of People policies, programs and practices across multiple functional areas. Your Key Focus Lead People Partners/ Advisors, foster employee engagement and encourage growth and development People Partner with Senior Manager and General Manager on a broad level Critically reflect, share and execute ideas for continuous improvement of People Business Partnering service and practices Provide counsel and empower leaders to facilitate fair, just and effective workplace processes and outcomes Facilitate development of a skilled, capable and adaptable workforce aligned with Scopes organisational objectives and values What We Look For Robust experience in People Partnering Excellent mentoring, coaching and relationship building capability Proven experience in managing one or more People Partner/ People Advisor Strong problemsolving ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions Ability to deal with ambiguity and change with resilience to handle a high volume Proven experience in dealing with various stakeholders Must have the ability to travel regionally in NSW and occasional travel to Melbourne Ability to work in the Kingsgrove office at least 2 days a week Experience within the Disability and/ or Community Sector will be advantageous View the position description here!
