We are looking for a support worker who is energetic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. Essential Requirements: Male support worker (mandatory requirement) Preferably in your 30s Preferred Arabic speaker Must enjoy sports and fitness Comfortable supporting gym sessions and bike riding Ability to assist with coursework and assignments Experience working with NDIS participants Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Police Check About the Participant: The participant enjoys: Going to the gym Riding a bike Staying active Studying and completing assignments We are seeking someone who can build strong rapport, motivate healthy habits, and provide structured academic support when needed.
