This is a senior role that blends consulting expertise, commercial acumen, and team leadership. You''ll work closely with clients and internal teams to shape transformation roadmaps, guide delivery, and position Datacom as a thought leader in your area of specialisation. You''ll also play a key role in growing our consulting presence in Australia, building on our mature capability in New Zealand and our strong managed services and SI footprint. What You''ll Be Doing Helping clients define strategic goals and build compelling business cases for change Leading workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value Supporting delivery teams to ensure solutions align with outcomes and are backed by the right people and processes Contributing to major sales proposals and bids with clarity and insight Publishing thought leadership that showcases Datacom''s expertise and builds market credibility Managing and mentoring a diverse team of consultants within your practice area Owning revenue targets and delivery KPIs, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and efficiency Helping modernise our consulting offerings through innovation and the use of AI What You''ll Bring We''re looking for someone with deep consulting experience and a strong grasp of business strategy. You''ll be confident in the room, credible with clients, and collaborative with teams.
