Neolith has an extensive network of distributors, architects, interior designers and designers around the world who use Neolith as the focus of their prestigious international projects.We are currently looking to welcome a *Sales Account Manager in Queensland*, as part of our international expansion process. You will be responsible for growing the markets with the greatest development potential and increasing the technical capacity of each region.*Main responsibilities:** Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.* Utilize industry knowledge and connections to identify potential clients and partnerships.* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and sales strategies.* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.* Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.* Use outbound phone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.* Daily record in the CRM of the daily activities carried out.*Requirements** Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the stone industry.* Strong network and connections within the stone masonry, construction, and related industries.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $90,000.00 $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company car* Salary packaging* Travel reimbursementSchedule:* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Performance bonusWork Authorisation:* Australia (Required)
