The OpportunityTechforce are seeking an experienced blue collar recruitment consultant to join our Trades & Labour team, recruiting within the mining sector specifically within Mobile Plant. This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients.Reporting To The Division Manager, You Will Besourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised blue collar area.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.To be considered you must have:Experience within recruitment as a 180 or 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:Experience and proven history working to and exceeding targets/billings and deliverablesPrevious background in a fast paced salves environmentStrong time management and critical thinking abilityPositive and energetic approach to your working dayKey strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationshipsBenefits of working for Techforce:Transparent and highly achievable uncapped commission structureFlexi start and finish times + 1 day WFH post probationWeekly pay!
