This substation is an essential switching station for 275kV power transfer from central to north and far north Queensland, as well as the major injection point for the Townsville distribution network.HV Electricians will join a great team culture as part of our onsite construction teams and work collaboratively to deliver these major projects safely, on time and within budget. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:QLD Electrical LicenseWhite Card, LV Rescue and CPR CertificateHigh Risk Work Licences Dogman, Rigger, EWP, CN, C6, Telehandler are highly desirableSome experience in high voltage testing, construction and maintenance desirableWhilst not essential, relevant industry experience in the installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of HV and substation equipment is highly regardedPrior Powerhouse experience would be highly regardedWhy Join Us?At CPP our people are our most important asset.
