This role will work in close cooperation and partnership between the retail team and local business partners, ensuring the timely execution of initiatives and reports.MISSIONSupport the SEAO Client Engagement Manager to execute CRM strategies including the development of specific action plans for different client segmentsKeep track of client event metrics and trends, such as ROI, conversion rates and social media outpostsDrive the implementation and execution of corporate clienteling programs (gifting, events, clients experience among online and offline channels) and practices across the regionCollaborate with internal and external business partners in planning and organizing client eventsProvide backend support for CRM digital tools such as client contact messages, e-cards, digital Lookbooks and client reassignment, etc.Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance of customer data to ensure the most accurate and valid database for activation and analysisLiaise with the Retail and Training team to roll out workshops and training sessions for the store team on clienteling tools, habits, etc.PROFILEBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines2 - 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably from the luxury fashion, cosmetics or hospitality industryProven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable resultsDynamic, passionate about the fashion industryAble to work in a fast-paced environment with high command of efficiencyStrong communication skills and problem-solving skillsGood command of English and MandarinProficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems will be a plus Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
