About The Role Reporting into the Service Desk Team Leader, this role will provide IT support to our Support Office and our retail store teams. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into an entry level IT role. This is a permanent full-time position, working a rotating roster over 7 days, which include morning, afternoon and night shifts based at our Support Office located on St Kilda Rd.
