So join our team and build your careers with us!Search by Keyword or Location e.g. "Administrator, Sydney" Division: Boral Constr Mat LimitedDepartment: Overhead Nsw ActWork type: Permanent - full time Location: Sydney Boral Construction Materials is seeking of proactive individuals with a ''can do'' attitude to join ourAllocation team based in our North RydeContact Centre.Reporting to the Allocations Team Lead, you''d will be responsible for scheduling products to meet customer needs at the lowest cost.You will be provided the opportunity to work between our operating hours of 6am-5 pm Monday to Friday and a rotating Saturday from 6- 12pm.Your daywill involve:Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunitiesDeveloping and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships and communication with our delivery partners in sales, fleet and operations Ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectationsForward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation using Boral smart technology e.g. InformFacilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer serviceEnsuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunitiesWhat are we looking for?Strong customer centric focusPrevious experience in allocations (desirable but not essential)Previous logistics experience including chain of responsibility, fatigue management and mass management knowledge (desirable but not essential)Experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the transport or construction industry (desirable but not essential)Good knowledge on Sydney/NSW metropolitan geographical area.Whats on offer?Employment stability permanent full-time roleCompetitive remuneration packageNote: This role requires a half day on Saturdays worked around a rotating roaster across the wider allocations team.About BoralWe are Australias leading vertically-integrated construction materials solution provider and have been helping to build and enable a strong, modern Australia for more than 75 years.
