It partners with the GM & executive team, has high visibility & acts as a hub for the whole ANZ business. The ideal candidate will be energised by supporting executive team members & will be confident leading all aspects of office management including employee engagement, events & facilities. This role will suit a proactive & highly communicative person who is capable of managing high level, GM support & competing priorities. As the main point of contact for office management & employee enquiries, this is a pivotal & varied role.Reporting to the GM & working alongside the HR team, your responsibilities will include:EA support to the GM & executive team, including travelLeading internal communications & presentationsManaging the major internal events & conferences including an interstate week in JulySupporting the GM & HRD to lead employee engagement including company wide events & service awards.Office & Facilities managementAd hoc support to Marketing & HR, with mentoring & support from the Melbourne based HRD & teamThe successful candidate will have:Substantial office support experience, ideally with EA/PA responsibilitiesExperience managing confidential matters, liaising with employees at all levelsConfidentiality, supporting the GM & HRD & able to communicate on their behalf, with diplomacy & professionalismExceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skillsIntermediate to Advanced MS & videoconferencing skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing organisation in a thoroughly rewarding Industry!
