Our operations are characterised by strong safety, technical and project delivery performance whether in capital and major cities, regional towns, or remote and challenging locations.About the RoleWe are looking for a scheduler to join our projects team in Townsville, QLD on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Area Manager you be responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining maintenance schedules, ensuring works are planned in an effective and efficient manner with a focus on optimising resources. In addition, some of your key tasks will include:Planning and issuing work orders to Asset Inspectors, including all facets of work related to the Asset Inspection Process including, but not limited to pole and underground, earth testing, audits, termite treatment, private pole revisits in line with Energy Queenslands annual program.Enhancing and maintaining efficiencies with field crews by placing the correct teams in the correct locations at suitable times.Ensuring the efficient management of the scheduling and progression of work via inhouse process and procedures.Communicating with the Work Coordinator regarding any potential shortfall or over staffing within the work areas as soon as possible.Assisting crews with Customer Communication when required. 09th April, 2024 About UsSCEE Electrical are a leading and trusted national provider of specialised electrical, instrumentation, maintenance and communication services to the resources and infrastructure sectors, established in 1978 we are recognised for our industry leading capabilities. About You To be successful in this position you will have at least 12 months experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, well developed communication and influencing skills as well as your high level attention to detail.
