Continuously adapt your sales strategy based on key findings, ensuring effective adoption of company systems, tools, and pricing policies. Blend field activity with industry networking to capitalize on every opportunity.Leverage Salesforce.com for efficient lead management and collaborate with our Marketing function to tailor customer campaigns.To Be Successful in This Role You WillManage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities.Monitor competitor activities and new developments.Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure.Develop a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements.Drive sales performance using Salesforce.Contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management.What We Look ForExperience in field sales and relationship selling.Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Altify.Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine.Proven track record of selling technical service solutions.Ability to present technical and commercial information to board level.Autonomous yet a proactive team player.Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills.Proven track record of achieving outstanding results.Ready to sail into a rewarding career with Johnson Controls?
