As well as: Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code. Addressing undesirable behaviour. Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required. Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour. Assisting patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino. Providing support in medical emergencies. Assisting in the transfers of money and chips. About you Youll bring the following: Excellent communication skills with the ability to defuse potential conflict. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and busy environment. Additional InformationThis role requires you to attend aTraining School which runs Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) and you must be deemed competent in all parts of training to successfully graduate from the course.Full attendance during the 3-week course is essential.
