The Senior VM is the key person who promotes brand image while supporting product sales and profit by implementing high-level visual standards and training through in-store merchandising. This person also needs to responsible for the visual merchandising activities, like new collection launch, CRM events, etc.MISSION Routine floor sets and translate all global visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all Oceania stores. Partner with local teams (Retail, Operations, Merchandising, Store In-charges, Selling and Stock Associates) to drive top-level execution and promote strong sales results in the market while adhering to the global VM strategy. Collaborate and communicate with APAC VM team to ensure high-level execution of floor sets, product presentation, and color flow in-stores. Provide relevant, actionable feedback. Communicate, develop, and train local store teams on VM guideline and on all SAINT LAURENT visual standards. Create monthly monitoring reports for all POS including faade overviews and in-store merchandising by evaluating and summarizing product data and trends while building a strong flagship presentation archive. Partnership with APAC VM team to share and drive best practices in the market. Assist other RVMs as necessary for opening of new stores and shops (renovations, relocations, and new openings). Maintain awareness of store VM products inventories and local VM budget control. PROFILE Degree holder in Visual Merchandising, Art, Graphic Design or related disciplines Minimum 5 years proven experience in the field of Visual Merchandising Knowledgeable of VM techniques, window set up, in-store display and styling Enthusiastic for fashion industry, with creativity and strong commercial sense Fast-learner, self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure Proficient in computer skills and multimedia applications including Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Photoshop Fluent in English and t ravel is required Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
