About the role As part of our two-year Graduate Development Program, you will be assigned to the People Team and provided with practical on-the-job experience combined with technical training, professional development and support from our friendly team. We believe in making a big investment in our Graduates which includes: Access to meaningful work Supervision and feedback Mentoring and coaching A dedicated buddy; and Regular training sessions The People team provides support to the business across the full array of Human Resources activities. For your first year you will support our Learning & Development and Resourcing Teams. For your second year, based on the needs of the business during your Graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to complete rotations to work in the some of the following sub teams: People Operations; Learning and Development; Social Procurement; Diversity & Wellbeing; People Services; Corporate Communications; Resourcing; or Health and Safety. About you Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word Strong project management and organisational skills Good communication skills Positive attitude and team player Ability to work independently, with the support of a collaborative team Strong attention to detail Passion for developing individuals and teams Drive to learn and grow in your career in the Human Resources field Eligibility and how to apply To be eligible you must meet the following criteria: At time of application, hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency. Have recently graduated from a relevant Human Resources degree e.g., Bachelor of Human Resources Management or similar.
