Job DescriptionClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding market share and increasing revenue.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on client needs and company objectives. Use data analysis to evaluate sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. The Successful ApplicantBachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant work experience.2+ years proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and develop actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.Ability to travel as needed.
