Our Home Claims employees provide support and understanding for customers in some of their most challenging times, while finding outcomes that get them back in their homes safely and swiftly.Review and proactively manage allocated claims within Service Level Agreements and in line with regulatory requirements.Communicate with the insured, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather necessary documentation and information related to the claim.Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.Interpret policy coverage, and determine if coverage applies to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed.We believe in setting our employees up for success, which is why we provide 6 weeks of training. Our training program is conducted virtually so you can gain all the knowledge you need to excel in your role.The start date for these roles is 13th May 2024.Please only apply to this role if you are based in WA.Your knowledge & experiencePrevious experience in a Contact Centre/Claims role is essentialHome claims experience highly desirable with bonus points for storm/catastrophe trained applicantsStrong telephony skills, including active listening to assess customer needs quickly and provide solutions proactivelyExperience with the claims management software, ClaimCenterStrong understanding of Customer Service ethicsExcellent time-management skills in order to prioritise and manage multiple claims simultaneouslyWorking at HollardAt Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
