Operating with an Agile approach, the team fosters skill development while addressing complex challenges.Responsibilities:This role involves contributing to the design, delivery, and launch of new offerings across the ecosystem in an Agile operating model.Collaborate with product teams to offer insights on digital customer journeys and shopping behaviorDevelop and optimize success metrics for new initiativesAnalyse opportunities to enhance website conversions and engagementRecommend optimization strategies to drive revenue and engagementEnsure robust data collection through ongoing tagging effortsAdvocate for analytics integration in new feature developmentProvide leadership in digital measurement and analytics techniques.Requirements:The company seeks an experienced Senior Digital Analyst with a strong data-driven background, curiosity, attention to detail, and proficiency in web analytics and tagging tools.Experience in digital analytics with a focus on ecommerce measurementAbility to identify and deliver improvements in customer experience and targeting that drive commercial outcomesFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Analytics.Ideally skilled in SQL for data query and manipulation (not essential)Excellent interpersonal, data visualization, and communication skills.Experience:This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with large datasets and reach a wide customer base.
