Well established NFP looking for a passion driven, problem solving exeuctive to manage a team of two. Revenue generation and marketing skills required Lead the Fundraising & Marketing team Revenue generation via digital marketing, events & PR Promote the training and education arm of the organisation This organisation has been a fundraising powerhouse for many years. This Not For Profit is not just a fundraising machine, the staff here provide training, education and support services to individuals and families across NSW. This is an organisation anyone can get behind, believe in, and create some excitement in the community about what they do! What''s in it for you? Reporting to the CEO, you''ll manage the fundraising, marketing, events and promotions. There is a key part of this role - revenue generation. Youll have a mix of traditional and digital marketing tools at your disposal while mentoring less experienced members of your team. This is a classic mix of entrepreneurial revenue generation and hands-on marketing while directing workflows among the team and working with your agencies. This organisation has a friendly and very experienced team that works cooperatively with each other to create a positive and productive work environment. Typical of not for profit salary packages, there are tax benefits associated with working with an organisation like this, in addition to flexible working (two to three days in the office each week). Work closely with the leadership team, so that your fundraising and marketing strategy neatly dovetails into the organisations objectives and outcomes Get on the phone and chase sponsorship opportunities and donations as required Ability to change gear at a moment''s notice to tackle a potential revenue opportunity! Fundraising activities and strategies to boost revenue Develop and maintain the overarching communications, PR and brand strategy, including media relations Management of ATL and BTL communications Strategy and delivery of PR, print, advertising Strategy and delivery of the digital marketing, covering websites, SEO SEM Oversee social media and email campaigns Large scale event management Reporting, analysis and ensuring solid return on investment on all activities, along with budget management Your skills and experience... An entrepreneurial attitude to problem solving and revenue generation is a must! Experience in a Not For Profit is nice to have, but by no means essential. Someone prepared to pick up the phone and uncover an opportunity, network for sponsorship and ask for a donation is essential! Strong networking skills and ability to leverage relationships Broad communications experience - traditional and digital; driving strategy and execution Strong analytical skills, you are just as comfortable talking about the creative as you are discussing analytics and diving into the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet Understand who your audience is, and effectively target them Ability to network and push your agenda in a busy market Organisation and time management Team player and able to work cooperatively with your colleagues to ensure deadlines are met Saunders Lynn and Company is delighted to be stretching beyond the traditional markets we service to support an outstanding not-for-profit business.
