They deliver high quality, professional advice to their client base, which ranges from medical and business professionals to families and wealth accumulators.About the role: To keep up with the growth of the firm, my client is seeking an Client Services Manager who will join an existing client services team to support the financial advisers and business partners. This role will require initiative, decision making, and leadership. You will be working in a fast paced environment, ensuring the needs of the client are met at all times.Duties:Ongoing management of the client database through XplanPreparation for client meetings, including all correct documentsImplementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs)Liaising with third party providersDelivering a high quality service to clientsSkills & experience:2 + years experience working as a Client Services Officer within a financial planning firmSound understanding of the financial planning processExperience using Xplan, workflows, and tasksStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and prioritise your workloadCulture: My client has an exceptional company culture, very little staff turnover and they provide excellent support, training and mentoring.
