Job Title

As the Corporate Accountant, you will be supporting month-end finance processes for the I-MED corporate function including preparation of business unit Profit & Loss, balance sheet and analysis. This is a full-time role with a salary of $70 - $80k + statutory superannuation pending skills and experience.You will participate in the preparation of the corporate budget process, providing financial information and support for the analysis and review processes. You are a highly collaborative, self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and help us drive process improvements.You are commercially minded with strong attention to detail and will be able to apply whole business thinking and be adaptable in the way you work.Key responsibilities:Preparation of monthly financial reporting including P&L and balance sheet and related processes such as OPEX, fixed assets, prepayments.Processing month-end journals and assisting with month end close for corporate cost centresInvolvement in planning, budget & review process for the corporate divisionBusiness partnering with the various corporate teams across the GroupAd-hoc involvement in wider finance projectsThe ideal candidate:Tertiary degree qualification in accounting/commerceQualified or near qualified CA/CPA1-2 years'' experience in an accounting role1-2 years'' experience in use of finance/accounting systemsIntermediate skills in Microsoft ExcelWhat can I-MED offer you?A supportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to work within a large-scaled and advanced technology environment?Commitment to your health and well-being with access to our employee assistance program.
