This firm has dedicated itself to preserving the rich cultural and architectural heritage of Australia, offering comprehensive consultancy services in heritage assessment, conservation planning, and management.The Role:The Built Heritage Principal Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile heritage projects, providing expert advice on conservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of heritage-listed properties and sites. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex heritage projects, including conservation management plans, heritage impact assessments, and heritage advice for restoration and adaptation projects.Provide high-level consultancy services to clients, offering strategic solutions that comply with heritage legislation and best practice standards.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including heritage authorities, local governments, property owners, and developers, to facilitate project success.Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and strengthening the firm''s market position in the heritage sector.Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to cultivate a culture of excellence and professional growth within the team.About the Ideal Candidate:Possesses extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in the heritage sector, with a focus on built heritage consulting. Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Heritage Conservation, or a related field.
