Job Description Job Description: In the role of PeopleSoft ERP/ PayrollConsultant, you will be working with varied stakeholders (IT Director, ProgramManager, Product Owners, Business Users, Application Developers and ApplicationManagers) to handle the business critical requirements. Experience inOracle PeopleSoft ERP as functional consultant Well versedwith Agile ways of working Should be anAustralian Citizen having baseline clearance Extensiveexperience in developing test plan and test scripts Extensiveexperience in developing project plan, identifying resource requirement,define timelines, track completion and reporting status to projectsponsors and key stakeholders Expertise inDesigning, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance,Interfacing/ Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post-productionmigration support Strongworking knowledge in RDBMS (SQL, PL/SQL). Programming proficiency inPeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine and Application Packages. TertiaryQualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Experience/Qualifications/Competencies : Bachelor ofEngineering or equivalent educational qualification At least 10+years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP consulting, enterprise and solutionsarchitecture and architectural frameworks with an emphasis on PeopleSofttechnologies. Experienceworking on a minimum of 2 PeopleSoft HCM implementation/upgrade/supportprojects. Experience inworking on PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2 application releases. Exposure toPeopleSoft-related technologies such as Application Engine, ApplicationPackages, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface and SQR.
