Clough Wood maximises the life and profitability of our client''s assets by delivering reliable, schedule driven and cost-effective services.See yourself in our team:We have a new opportunity for a Material Coordinator to join our client facing collaborative offshore team.How you will be spending your day Provide support to the facility team. Assisting to maintain control and the movement of inventory in and out of the various storage locations. Assist with the backloading of inventory and equipment repairs, ensuring all repairs to be transported are correctly identified. Manage all inventory and direct charge spares. Ensure the receipting, safeguarding and integrity of the materials and spares including the storage allocations are in accordance with Materials Handling best practices. Provide guidance, support and training to the Materials Handlers ensuring the facilities safety culture and materials handling processes are understood and adopted. Set key performance indicators to assist with mentoring and various objectives / goals are completed. Ensure the control of stock within the store in line with the correct policies and procedures. Carry out weekly checks of all "free issue" locations and replenish with goods issues from inventory as required. Provide leadership and coaching support to junior and assistant materials controllers offshore.Key skills & experience we are looking for from you: Experience in a procurement inventory role in the oil and gas production is desirable Knowledge of SAP work orders and procurement systems Proven understanding of business protocols relating to the procurement of goods and services Certificate Dangerous Goods by Sea an AirClough Wood people enjoy: A supportive team culture and environment Flexibility to manage work and lifestyle commitmentsWere building a diverse workforce We know that our people are our best assets.
