Griffith, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking motivated and qualified client-side Project Managers who (ideally) have previous experience in successfully delivering projects within Defence or similar government Agencies. The positions may be embedded within Defence, acting on behalf of the client or as a Project Management/ Contract Administration (PMCA), spanning across a range of Defence areas, including Estate Planning, Capital Facilities & Infrastructure (CFI), Air Force HQ, Army HQ, and Navy Capability. The ideal candidates will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management and similar. This position is based in Griffith, Canberra, with a fast-paced team, is a market leader in project management who specialise in the delivery of large complex projects. ABOUT YOU A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is desirable; Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable; Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow business relationships; Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner; Proactive and able to think strategically; Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance. Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client''s vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations; 3 to 8 years client-side PM or a PMCA in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential); AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
