You will wear multiple hats where no two days are the same driving sales, maximising revenue & profit outcomes for your restaurant patch with a big focus on people. Grilld are growing our restaurant network and you will have a part to play in the success of this exciting chapter, by driving your team to become true brand ambassadors.What Youll Be Doing:Boost sales and control costs to achieve budgeted profitsand maximize revenue to unleash each restaurant''s full potential. You will lead by example and not afraid to get your hands dirty (literally) by helping out on the floor.Drive the entire people remit within your patch, including talent hiring, retention, and development, to support the Grill''d growth planUphold the Grill''d experience through flawless operations and shift management. You will embrace our customer first approach and inspire your teams to follow in the same footsteps.Create a safe and engaging work environment compliant with all relevant requirements.Ensure successful launches for new restaurants by collaborating with key stakeholders and meeting targets.What Youll Need:Previous experience within a similar role in area management leading, managing, and inspiring teams within the hospitality, retail, entertainment and/or food and beverage industry.
