These roles may also provide support to more junior solutions and service staff, for more complex customer needs. As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ. Role Location: Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, shop 1042, level 1, 318 Moggill Road Indooroopilly QLD 4068 Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime role What will your day look like? As a Banking Consultant Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions, Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience, Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value, Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, Take responsibility to know your customer from a risk perspective, and Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
