We strive to set the standard of what quality looks like in the advanced manufacturing space, through our systems and culture, and we are dedicated to ensuring the business is run with its employees in mind.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Mechanical Leading Hand.As a leading hand Mechanic/Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, repairs and maintenance of Light/Medium/Heavy Vehicles, mobile plant and equipment. Which includes but not limited to preventive maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics. Providing guidance and assistance as part of a team, to oversee all mechanical jobs and complete QA checks all completed work.The successful candidates must have strongknowledge and experience over a range of vehicle, equipment and plantalong with possessing a particular focus on driving safety, quality and efficiency.Role Responsibilities Preventative maintenance of vehicles, plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and manuals to maximise production.Ensure assigned trades work is completed safely and in accordance with quality requirements, company policy and all statutory requirements.
