Our team consists of knowledgeable, dedicated specialists with expertise in recruitment technology and talent attraction strategies.About the OpportunityOur team has grown rapidly this year, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.Day-to-day you''ll be an analyst, advisor and implementer for all things related to best practice Talent Acquisition.Your number one focus will be to ensure that Scout Talent clients have the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of our recruitment software and achieve their Talent Acquisition goals - and as a result, they''re highly satisfied with Scout Talents products.Your responsibilities will include:Respond to inbound client emails and phone calls;Troubleshoot and answer questions regarding our software;Implement & train new client accounts;Quality & assurance testing;Join our Sales & Account Executives in meetings with prospective clients to show them through the software product;Proactively working with our internal teams, providing resources and systems knowledge to support our clients;Providing best practice, strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition advice to multiple clients from varied industries;Contributing to continuous improvement strategies on the way we engage with clients both internally and externally;Building positive relationships with clients and looking for opportunities to further service them via our other internal teams; andChampioning clients needs and ideas to promote the development of our product roadmap.Who are we looking forMore than just skills and experience, we''re looking for a candidate with a true interest or passion for talent acquisition and the desire to work with organisations to achieve great outcomes. Resilience and a willingness to pull up your sleeves and get involved, as well as an enthusiastic and positive approach to life and work, will be key to your success.As a Customer Success Specialist, you will possess the following skills:Minimum 2+ years experience in a SaaS customer success roleProven experience in software training, demonstrating, troubleshooting, and implementationBasic understanding of sales & sales languageGreat time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience working to set KPIs and targetsThe ability to work autonomouslyA passion for getting to know your clients!Great customer service skills with a passion to always put the client firstTalent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (highly desirable)Candidates who come from a Recruitment Agency background will be highly regarded.Benefits on offerWeve built a strong culture from the ground up and sustained it for more than twenty years.
