This is a role within PMGs Sportsbet client team. This is a role for an experienced coordinator seeking their next challenge. Role Description Your primary responsibility will be to support the digital investment team in implementing, optimising and reporting on your Sportsbets digital activity. You will already know ad tech platforms such as DCM or FlashTalking, verification such as Moat or similar, and be experienced in collating reports, and driving some insights. Tasks Responsible for the administrative support of the planning and buying process for the teams client base Assist the team to ensure booking confirmations / IOs are sourced and checked in time Responsible for campaign implementation extending across digital platforms Working closely with client / creative agency on material nominations via adserver (DCM / CM360) Set up of campaign tracking structure and reporting in CM360 Responsible for campaign monitoring and reporting which includes: Ensuring campaigns have gone live as planned, liaising with media partners and extracting data from 3rd party adservers Sourcing preview links and sharing these with clients Regular campaign monitoring, ensuring activity is pacing as planned and delivering in full Working with the team on campaign optimisations Ongoing campaign reporting as well as Final Campaign Review / Analysis Consistent delivery and upkeep of weekly & monthly administration tasks including: Performance Tracking Creative changeover Competitive Reporting Respond to ad-hoc requests from your team and clients Successful working relationships with clients, team, media representatives and creative agencies Attend training as requested Keep up to date with key publishers Gather a wide knowledge of the client category Team Reporting directly to one of our Digital Directors, you will also work with the integrated client teams across linear and traditional to implement campaigns effectively and ensure their delivery is timely and on target to meet the campaign KPI. You will be part of a team of 15+ digital experts in the agency, participating in ongoing training, internal presentations, participation in the Digital Transformation Team and more. Skills / Expertise Experienced in CM360 / DCM, FlashTalking or similar Very good Excel skills Self-motivated and efficient Strong analytical thinking, mathematical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and writing skills Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities Ability to work without supervision A self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills, ability to manage adhoc tasks with differing priorities and deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail High energy and approachable manner Demonstrate initiative Enthusiastic learner Requirements 1-2 years experience in a co-ordinator / entry level role. NB If applying from an MFA agency, you will need to have been with your current employer for at least 2 years.
