We also deliver a range of tanker services from pneumatic operations for cement and lime through to bulk liquid tankers for fuel and sulphuric acid.Purpose:The primary purpose of the Administration Officer is to support and take accountability for the timely, accurate and efficient completion of administration tasks to ensure site administrative requirements are achieved.Role Type: Full TimeThis role forms an integral part of the Qube team, responsible for administrative functions and providing support to the rest of the team. You will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office and the operational team, ensuring that all administrative tasks within the office are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.Specific ResponsibilitiesTo ensure all contract rates are invoiced to client in accordance with the specific contractTo ensure all contract conditions pertaining to rates and services are adhered toTo ensure all relevant paperwork is collated and attached as per invoicing proceduresExperience with accounts payableEnsuring all employee compliance is within guidelinesScheduling employee medical appointmentsScheduling flights & accommodationAssist Project Manager with stock of safety equipmentMaintain a register and assist in the processing of employee inductionsOrdering of office stationary requirementsGeneral office filing for personnel & training filesMaintain register for electrical testing and taggingAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;Secondary or tertiary educationEmail management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skills preferredAt least 2 years experience working in a similar positionExperience with compliance co-ordination or similarExcellent communication skills both written and oralAbility to multitask and prioritise projectsProven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quicklyFlexible approach with strong business acumenSupportive team environmentAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramCompetitive remunerationAccess to QubeCare, our employee wellbeing programApply now via the link.Qube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
